1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EK Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding Vallelujah (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our studio site is ek-games.com.

2. The service

Vallelujah is a multiplayer strategy game that may include guest play, registered accounts, private lobbies, online matchmaking, practice against bots, leaderboards, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be old enough to use online services in your country (and at least 13 where that is the applicable minimum).
• You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session, and for keeping your login details secure.
• Display names must not be misleading, offensive, or impersonate others. We may require you to change a name or suspend access if needed.
• Guest play is provided for convenience and may have limited features or persistence compared with a signed-in account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized bots or automation
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Interfere with servers, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt lobbies, matchmaking, or game sessions

We may remove content, end matches, or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Vallelujah, including its name, gameplay design, visuals, code, and related materials, is owned by EK Games or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the Service except as we expressly allow.

6. User content

If you submit content such as a display name, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it as needed to operate and display the Service (for example on profiles and leaderboards). You confirm you have the rights to that content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. By using Vallelujah, you acknowledge that policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly fair play, or that matches will never be interrupted by connectivity or maintenance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EK Games and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed £50 (or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, if higher). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Termination

You may stop using Vallelujah at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
